Spring is just around the corner! Many people ask us, “When will the cherry blossoms bloom in Tsushima?”
Since Tsushima is located at a higher latitude, our cherry blossoms bloom a bit later than in mainland Kyushu. Currently, the trees are still in bud, but we expect them to be in full bloom around the end of March.
In the Mitsushima area, the cherry trees are beautifully illuminated at night, creating a magical atmosphere. If you missed the blossoms in other parts of Japan, come to Tsushima for a second chance to enjoy the “Sakura” experience!
